You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason. We will confirm the return address and the instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons; this is stated on the product page when it applies.
